I love waitressing (just don't like not having a set income). As with any job or situation, it is what you make of it. Serving scrambled eggs, toast, and coffee while living at the beach is about as perfect as it gets. Enjoy! And remember, when the customers are sitting at the table and you are standing next to them, they cannot be putting you down, because they are looking up to you!
