SUCH a great story!!! But sheesh, RG, you’re in the restaurant biz. You DO know that a good heart will win out eventually. Sometimes it takes a while, but it DOES.

BTW, my view is that lobster, bread, pasta, etc., are merely conduits for the butter. Because, for some odd reason, it’s still not socially acceptable to order a block o’butter and a spoon. Cretins…
